June 10th is the awaited starting date of Astana Expo 2017 in the capital of Kazakhstan. The expo gathers together more than 100 countries, international organisations and enterprises under the theme ”Future Energy”. Kazakhstan challenges the exhibiting countries to present their expertise in promoting sustainable energy. Finland is participating in the expo with a pavilion of its own with the slogan ”Sharing Pure Energy”, and the city of Oulu is well represented.
